Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships in Houston, TX is hiring a Client Service Advisor to be the face of our service department. You’ll greet customers, document concerns, present services with integrity, provide accurate estimates, and collaborate with technicians to keep repairs on time.

Qualifications

• Service advisor or strong customer service / sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical work in terms customers understand.
• Comfortable with DMS / CRM technology.
• Integrity-first approach to recommending and selling service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet every service customer promptly and conduct a thorough walk-around.
• Listen to customer concerns and document them clearly for diagnosis.
• Present recommended services with honesty and supporting evidence.
• Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and status updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving.
• Drive customer-pay sales, hours per RO, and labor rate while protecting CSI.
• Handle concerns calmly and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
• Follow up after visits to confirm complete satisfaction.
