Grubbs Family of Dealerships seeks a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to be the face of our service department. You will build trust with guests, present services with integrity, and drive a great experience on every repair order.

Qualifications

• Service advisor or strong customer service / sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical work in terms customers understand.
• Comfortable with DMS / CRM technology.
• Integrity-first approach to recommending and selling service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and conduct a thorough, professional walk-around and write-up.
• Listen to customer concerns and document them clearly for accurate diagnosis.
• Present recommended and declined services with transparency.
• Provide accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and proactive status updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving and times accurate.
• Drive customer-pay sales, hours per RO, and effective labor rate while protecting CSI.
• Follow up after every visit to confirm satisfaction and earn the next one.
