Job summary

Dick Hannah Dealerships seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to strengthen our service department by recommending essential maintenance and delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, reference service history, and prepare accurate labor and parts estimates.

You will monitor repair progress, communicate changes to customers, and explain charges clearly while maintaining high satisfaction and trust in our “Believe in Nice” culture.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Reviews service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional service.
• Provides a complete written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Monitors repair progress, informs customers of changes, and secures authorization for additional work.
• Reviews repair orders to ensure completion and proper documentation.
• Explains completed work and charges to customers.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
