Pembrook Resourcing LTD is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our automotive client in Newbury. You will manage customers through the service and repair journey, maximise opportunities, and deliver a great customer experience.

This role offers a £30,000 basic salary with £36,000 OTE plus commission on service plans, with strong earning potential for someone with upselling and strong Aftersales knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Service and Aftersales operations.
• Confident working in a busy, target-driven environment.
• Professional and organised approach.
• Experience working with service plans and additional sales.
• Strong upselling and customer retention skills.
• Experience using automotive dealer management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer requirements.
• Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times.
• Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices where required.
• Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans.
• Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
