Modern Nissan of Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy service department. Earn $80,000–$120,000+ per year through base salary plus commission and enjoy strong benefits in a family-owned group.

You will greet customers, document concerns, write repair orders, discuss repairs and pricing, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely service while building lasting relationships and ensuring high CSI.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience.
• Listen to customers and document vehicle concerns accurately.
• Write detailed repair orders and recommend maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines clearly.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI.
• Identify additional maintenance and repair opportunities when appropriate.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer processes and standards.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
