Greet customers, gather vehicle information, document service needs, and prepare accurate estimates. Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Service Advisor experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
• Proficient in computer systems and automotive service software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Gather customer and vehicle information and accurately document service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns and document service needs and recommendations.
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Keep customers updated on repair status and timelines.
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion.
