Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships is seeking a Client Service Advisor to be the face of the service department. Build trust with guests, present services with integrity, and drive an exceptional customer experience on every repair order.

This high-accountability role requires strong production, an honest sales approach, and a commitment to service excellence with every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Service advisor or strong customer service/sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical work in terms customers understand.
• Experience with DMS/CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and conduct a thorough walk-around and write-up.
• Listen to concerns and document them clearly for accurate diagnosis.
• Present recommended services with honesty and clarity, with supporting evidence.
• Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and proactive status updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving and times accurate.
• Drive customer-pay sales, hours per RO, and labor rate while protecting CSI.
• Handle concerns calmly and own problems through resolution.
• Follow up after visits to ensure satisfaction and earn the next appointment.
