Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in automotive settings preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical work in clear terms to customers.
• Comfortable using DMS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and conduct a thorough walk-around and write-up.
• Document customer concerns for accurate diagnosis on first visit.
• Present service recommendations with integrity and evidence.
• Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and status updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to maintain workflow and accurate promise times.
• Drive customer-pay sales and maintain CSI while managing labor rates.
