You will greet guests, present repair options, manage workflow, and ensure satisfaction while building lasting relationships. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 yearly, plus commission, vacation, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive customer service or automotive service write/advisor/sales roles.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and respect.
• Present repair options clearly to guests.
• Manage the store workflow efficiently.
