Woodhouse Auto Family in Omaha is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to bridge customers and service technicians, ensuring prompt attention to maintenance and repairs. You will relay vehicle issues, provide clear estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

The role is full-time with Monday–Friday hours and a commission-based compensation model, offering growth within the Woodhouse family and benefits applicable to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and collects vehicle information.
• Writes up customer vehicle problems clearly on repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers and service technicians to address maintenance and repair needs promptly.
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts and communicate updates on progress and changes to customers.
• Ensure repair orders are completed and properly signed, with necessary authorizations obtained.
