Job summary

Woodhouse Auto Family in Omaha, NE is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. You will be the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring accurate estimates, timely communication, and quality workmanship.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:50am–5:30pm) with a commission-based compensation structure and supportive benefits. Join a team that values growth, training, and a family atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure timely, accurate maintenance and repair communication.
• Greet customers, collect vehicle information, and document repair needs on repair orders.
• Provide cost estimates for labor and parts, and communicate changes in estimates or promised times to customers.
• Explain care of vehicles per manufacturers’ specifications and technicians’ findings.
