Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor located at Napleton Italian Imports. In this role you serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and maintaining transparent communication throughout the service process.

We offer a potential pay range of $50,000-$150,000 per year, incentive-based pay, medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid vacation and sick time, paid training, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and utilize technology
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs
• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates
• Provide exceptional and timely communication—keeping customers updated throughout the process
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology
