Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Napleton Genesis of Carmel. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

The role offers a pay range of $65,000 to $150,000 per year with incentive-based pay, plus benefits and growth opportunities within a large, family-owned dealership group.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills mandatory.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn/operate dealership tech.
• Automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to identify maintenance needs and provide recommendations.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Maintain timely and clear communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and colleagues.
• Utilize fixed operations technology to manage service workflow.
