Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Napleton's Urbana Auto Park. You will act as liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and use technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication—keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology.
