Job summary
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager at River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to partner with the Service Director and drive departmental results. This role acts as the liaison to customers and technicians by presenting repair recommendations and maintaining transparent cost estimates.

Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
- Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor/Service Manager.
- Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM experience is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to ensure vehicle maintenance needs are met.
- Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
- Provide timely communication and keep customers updated.
- Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and teammates.
- Utilize Fixed Operations technology.
