Job summary

Ideal candidates bring prior automotive service/advising or customer-facing sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, dealership, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing and recommending automotive services with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience in the service lane.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle service needs.
• Create, update, and manage repair orders throughout the service process.
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle concerns and repairs.
• Explain maintenance and repairs clearly for informed decisions.
• Present and sell recommended services based on vehicle needs.
• Provide estimates and update customers on repair status.
