Qualifications

• 1+ year Service Advisor experience in automotive field.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customer and technician, ensuring needs are understood.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, problems, and required services.
• Provide accurate estimates and secure client authorization.
• Manage redelivery process to confirm all needs are met.
• Handle phones, scheduling, and follow-up with customers.
• Develop rapport to foster lasting client relationships.
• Obtain payment and close out repair orders daily.
