Midas CSB Auto is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced automotive service environment. You will greet customers, answer phones with scripted responses, prepare written estimates, and support front-desk and back-office tasks.

The role requires full-time hours, with at least 40 hours per week and a five-day schedule, store closed on Sundays. Responsibilities include posting invoices, scanning documents, and maintaining a clean shop and customer areas while ensuring excellent

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and provide clear estimates.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with scripted responses and assist customers.
• Provide written estimates using the Midas sales process.
• Post invoices to repair orders and scan/store documents.
• Maintain front shop and customer bathroom areas; back-office duties.
• Notify customers of finished repairs and upcoming service dates.
• Attend managers meetings and participate in team harmony.
