Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Darrell Waltrip Honda in Franklin, TN. You will work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance, advise on services, and present cost estimates for parts and labor.

You will schedule service, ensure accurate records, and uphold dealership standards and CSI performance. Requirements include a high school diploma, >3 years in automotive or customer service, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years in automotive or customer service.
• Valid Driver’s License and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals and assists customers with service needs.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Computes cost of parts and labor to restore vehicle as requested.
• Enters itemized estimates and explains them to customers.
• Schedules service appointments and maintains CSI standards.
