Job summary

Mills Auto Group is seeking a service guest liaison to connect Guests with our Service Department. You will greet guests, assess issues, explain repairs and costs, and ensure timely service delivery while maintaining positive guest relations.

Experience is a plus, and we offer strong training opportunities to grow with the company. The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays, paid on a commission/incentive-based pay plan.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and strong communication.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and listen to concerns, explain service options.
• Diagnose vehicle issues based on guest input and inspections.
• Create actionable work orders for technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes and repair estimates.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Update guests on repair status and changes.
• Address and resolve guest complaints.
• Build guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Suggest additional services and products when appropriate.
• Maintain guest records and service history.
