Responsibilities

• Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect vehicle and verify service needs against history.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide cost and time estimates and obtain authorization.
• Track progress and obtain approvals for changes in cost estimates or delivery time.
• Administer warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm appointments and conduct post-repair follow up.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery and communicate results to customers.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal auto repair laws.
• Demonstrate company values in all interactions.
