Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or related customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand vehicle service terminology.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple service orders.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and listen to their service needs.
• Explain repair and maintenance options with cost estimates and timelines.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers throughout repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and completion of repairs.
• Manage service orders, process payments, and maintain records.
• Provide follow-up communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about automotive products and procedures to advise customers.
