Carvana is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team at Carvana Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram locations. You will be the primary contact for service customers, guiding them through maintenance and repair while ensuring an exceptional experience.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for automotive care. In this fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll document concerns, provide cost and time estimates, coordinate with technicians and parts, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ASM, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems; Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders.
• Advise on recommended services based on OEM guidelines and findings.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding repair status.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service manager.
• Ensure warranty and manufacturer processes are followed.
• Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction.
