Job summary

Carvana in Dallas is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for service customers across Carvana Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. You will guide customers through the maintenance and repair process, document issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll work closely with technicians, parts, and management to estimate costs, communicate status, and follow warranty processes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or shop.
• Strong vehicle systems knowledge, esp. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram models (a plus).
• Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with dealership DMS (Tekion) and scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Consult with customers to understand vehicle concerns and document issues on Repair Orders (ROs).
• Advise customers on recommended services based on OEM guidelines, technician findings, and vehicle history.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work.
• Maintain constant communication with customers regarding repair status and delays.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts department, and service manager to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all warranty and manufacturer processes are followed correctly.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and assist with loaner or shuttle coordination as needed.
• Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction.
