Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor role preferred (automotive dealership experience helpful).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally; document vehicle issues and service requests.
• Prepare repair orders and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Recommend maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and inspections.
• Communicate estimates, timelines and updates to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repairs.
• Monitor progress and address delays or concerns.
• Explain services performed and review completed repairs with customers.
