Woodhouse Auto Family is hiring an Express Auto Service Advisor in Blair, NE. This full-time role focuses on greeting customers, diagnosing routine maintenance needs, and guiding them through service options.

You’ll prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process. The position offers a base of $15 per hour plus 5% commission on individual gross, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, life and disability

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Post offer screenings: background check, drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and gathers vehicle information.
• Writes up vehicle problems clearly on repair orders and explains care recommendations.
• Provides accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Maintains communication with customers about progress, changes in estimates or times.
• Explains completed work and charges to customers and upholds high customer satisfaction standards.
• Handles appointment inquiries and ensures professional appearance and clean work areas.
