Job summary

Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Flemington is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You’ll guide service orders, support customers, and help maximize technician utilization to keep service flow smooth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow; ensure prompt service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person.
• Ensure technicians' time is sold to service customers daily.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts/tools as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
