Job summary

Ciocca GM of Flemington is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. Youcl may guide customers through service processes with a friendly, professional approach. This role offers commission-based pay and a path to advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

The position is full-time, includes some Saturdays, and comes with PTO, holidays, air-conditioned facilities, a 401(k) with company matching, and a comprehensive insurance program.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of service and sales success.
• Strong customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver s license with clean driving record.
• GM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure technicians' time is efficiently sold to customers.
• Distribute work among technicians.
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
