Job summary

Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Flemington is hiring an energetic automotive service advisor to join a growing, collaborative team. You will oversee service flow, assist customers, and optimize technician time to maximize service delivery.

The role offers a commission-based pay structure ($60,000 - $85,000 potential annually), full-time hours including some Saturdays, PTO, a modern shop environment, robust benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, by phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
