Job summary

Ciocca Ford of York in York, PA is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team and positively impact customers and the community. You will oversee service orders, maintain drive-lane flow, answer customer inquiries, and support technicians to maximize efficiency, with opportunities for advancement.

This full-time role offers commission-based pay ($40,000–$80,000 potential annually), PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive medical/dental/vision

• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is scheduled to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts/tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
