You will greet guests, explain vehicle services, and facilitate test drives while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record required.
• Prior sales experience is essential.
• 1 year of automotive repair or parts experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and trust.
• Explain vehicle options, services, and repairs to customers.
• Use CRM software to maintain customer database and drive sales.
• Conduct test drives and present accurate estimates.
• Help customers through the sales process while ensuring satisfaction.
