Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with clean driving record.
• Prior sales experience in automotive environment.
• 1 year of automotive repair or parts experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision.
