Job summary

Abeloff Auto Group, Inc. in the Poconos seeks an enthusiastic service advisor to join our family-owned dealership. This role bridges the service team and customers, guiding needs and explaining options.

Responsibilities include verifying coverage, preparing estimates, obtaining insurer/manufacturer approvals, and keeping customers informed; also includes assigning work to technicians and ensuring satisfaction. We offer comprehensive benefits and a strong training program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
• Face-to-face customer service experience (min 1 year).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience as an automotive service advisor is a huge plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process of assessing customer needs and suggesting solutions, verifying coverage, preparing estimates, and verifying completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations, and obtain necessary authorizations and approvals from insurance carriers, factory and aftermarket warranties.
• Assign work to technicians and keep the customer informed of service.
