Abeloff Auto Group in the Poconos is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. You will bridge the service team and customers, guiding the intake, assessment, and recommendations for repairs.

Responsibilities include verifying coverage and approvals, preparing estimates, assigning work to technicians, and keeping customers informed. Benefits include a strong salary/bonus plan up to $100K, health and 401(k) with company match, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience as an automotive service advisor is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• This is arguably the most important position in our dealership. You are the communication bridge between our service team and the customer. You lead the complicated process of assessing customer needs and suggesting solutions, verifying coverage, preparing estimates, and verifying completion of repairs and maintenance.
• You ensure that our work meets the customers’ expectations, while obtaining necessary authorizations and approvals from insurance carriers, factory and aftermarket warranties
• You will be assigning work to technicians, and keeping the customer informed of the service of their vehicle

Requirements:
