• Monitor progress and communicate changes in cost-estimate or delivery time to customers.
• Administer warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm appointments and conduct post-repair follow-up.
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery and communicate results to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal laws for auto repair and consumer protection.
