Position Overview

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for service customers. Your role involves greeting customers professionally, accurately identifying service needs, and promoting services and products. You will provide cost and time estimates, communicate progress, secure authorizations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and courteously.
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify service requirements.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories based on thorough product knowledge.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services.
• Obtain customer authorization for service work and communicate any changes promptly.
• Monitor service progress and keep customers informed of updates or changes.
• Administer warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm appointments with customers by phone prior to scheduled service.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
