Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; we will train the right person.

• Ability to multi-task and be meticulous in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Possess an acceptable driving record with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships
• Understand vehicle concerns and recommend needed services
• Prepare estimates and explain repair options clearly
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Service Department
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Review completed work and ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service records
