• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships.
• Understand vehicle concerns and recommend needed services.
• Prepare estimates and explain repair options clearly.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Service Department.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Review completed work and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service records.
