Job summary

Asbury's Sudbury, MA dealership is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, collect vehicle details, and promote maintenance services. You will provide accurate repair estimates and schedule service, while upholding warranty guidelines and CSI targets.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Actively promote services and build rapport with customers.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturers' specifications.
• Generate and provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate of repair.
• Establish and communicate repair completion time with customer and technician.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
