Job summary

Fox Subaru Macomb in Macomb, MI is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will help schedule and sell needed service, prepare repair orders, and maintain accurate customer records, building trust and long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will have automotive knowledge, strong communication, and a team-focused mindset, with 2–4 years of related experience and a valid driver's license. Fox Motors offers comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments.
• Greets customers and obtains vehicle information.
• Writes up customer's vehicle problems clearly on repair orders.
• References service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Checks progress of repairs and notifies customers of changes, obtaining authorization for additional work.
• Reviews repair orders to ensure completion and proper authorization.
• Explains completed work and all charges to customers.
