Aufgaben

• Sell and schedule needed service work and prepare repair orders.
• Present repair orders and maintain customer records.
• Write up vehicle problems clearly and accurately.
• Refer to service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional service.
• Provide complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Monitor repair progress, inform customers of changes, and obtain authorization.
• Review orders to ensure work is completed and properly documented.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
