Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor/Sales Floater to assist with selling and promoting all products and services across multiple locations in the district. The role offers competitive bi-weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, with compensation up to $80,000 per year based on experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting concerns, quoting timelines and costs, and promoting services and parts while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance & proven ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, in person or on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from the technician to the customer.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories and provide quotes with time estimates.
• Provide updates on service status and explain warranties during checkout.
• Follow proper procedures when processing payments and reviewing inspections and warranties.
• Perform post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
