• Previous service writing experience in automotive service settings.
• Strong communication between customers, technicians and the dealership.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as directed by service manager.
• Schedule appointments and generate estimates for customers.
• Advise customers on maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Document repair and service orders in the system.
• Keep up with industry trends and apply them daily.
• Establish positive relationships with customers to encourage retention.
• Follow up with customers on progress, changes to estimates or pickups.
