Job summary

All Roads Kenworth in Ft. Lauderdale seeks a Service Advisor to coordinate repair activities, acting as the liaison between customers, technicians and the dealership. The ideal candidate has automotive service writing experience and a customer-first mindset to ensure first-class service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as directed by service manager.
• Schedule appointments and generate estimates for customers.

• Keep up with industry trends and apply them daily.
• Establish positive relationships with customers to encourage retention.
• Follow up with customers on progress, changes to estimates or pickups.

Description

If you are customer-focused, energetic and friendly with previous service writing experience, we want to talk to you! We are searching for a Service Advisor to manage the center of communications for all repair activities and act as a liaison between customers, technicians and the dealership. Ideal candidate is well versed in automotive service matters, managing customer expectations and consistent follow up. We want the customer to receive first-class service at our dealership. Bilingual skills are a plus!

• Competitive base salary + commission, Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealership service manager
• Schedule appointments and generate estimates for customers
• Advise customers on the appropriate maintenance required to their vehicle based on manufacturer’s specifications
• Document repair and service orders in the correct fashion (CDK experience a plus)
• Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities
• Establish and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with customers to encourage customer retention and referral business
• Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time
• All other duties as assigned
