Job summary

All Roads Kenworth – Ft. Pierce is seeking a Service Advisor who is customer-focused and energetic with prior service writing experience. You will be the central liaison for repair activities, coordinating between customers, technicians and the dealership to ensure first-class service.

The role includes scheduling, estimating, explaining maintenance needs, and maintaining a positive customer relationship. Compensation starts at $50,000 base salary plus commission, with full-time hours Monday to

• Customer-facing role experience in service advisory or writing is preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills to manage customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as directed by service manager.
• Schedule appointments and generate estimates for customers.
• Advise customers on maintenance per manufacturer specifications and document orders.
• Be familiar with latest industry trends and apply them in daily work.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage retention and referrals.

Description

If you are customer-focused, energetic and friendly with previous service writing experience, we want to talk to you! We are searching for a Service Advisor to manage the center of communications for all repair activities and act as a liaison between customers, technicians and the dealership. Ideal candidate is well versed in automotive service matters, managing customer expectations and consistent follow up. We want the customer to receive first‑class service at our dealership.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $50,000 base salary plus commission
• Full-time Monday - Friday and every other Saturday (8 am - 12 pm)

Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer Service Index CSI rating as set by dealership service manager
• Schedule appointments and generate estimates for customers
• Advise customers on the appropriate maintenance required to their vehicle based on manufacturer’s specifications
• Document repair and service orders in the correct fashion (CDK experience a plus)
• Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities
• Establish and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with customers to encourage customer retention and referral business
• Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time
• All other duties as assigned
