Responsibilities

• Oversee the service lane to ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Greet customers courteously upon arrival and gather vehicle information.
• Assess and recommend maintenance based on vehicle condition.
• Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor costs.
• Collect payments for repairs and facilitate additional customer services.
