The service advisor is responsible for greeting customers on the service drive and initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested and maintaining customer rapport and records. The service advisor is often the first and last person the customer interacts with at our dealership. The service advisors responsibility to ensure that all transactions go smoothly and result in the highest levels of customer satisfaction, resulting in customers returning for many years to come.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This position operates throughout the dealership. Time will be spent outdoors in the weather and elements. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours will vary to accommodate the service department working hours. This position regularly requires working evenings, weekends.
