Job summary

Hendrick Toyota Merriam is seeking a Service Advisor to sell, identify, and document service, maintenance, and repair for customers. You will schedule service and communicate estimates and timelines clearly.

You’ll work with technicians to ensure quality repairs, maintain high CSI, and uphold our core values while delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Merriam dealership. Experience in automotive service and strong communication are required, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries.
• Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of parts and labor to restore vehicle as requested.
• Estimates cost of mechanical or other repairs.
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains to customer.
• Schedules appointments with customers.
• Meets dealership standards for repair and order production.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
