Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers in Aurora, CO. You’ll greet and engage in-store and over the phone, schedule appointments, and help explain services while selling parts and automotive services.

You will perform routine vehicle services, support shop productivity, ensure safety, and help resolve customer concerns to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 1+ year automotive service experience; 1+ year sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
• Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
