Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care in Augusta, GA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, explain services, and help with parts and automotive services while upholding safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of automotive service experience.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and discounts/commissions.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
• Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
